Bill was comptroller for the city of Garden Grove, California for manyyears. In 1994 after he retired he and Kay moved to Payson, Arizona andbuilt a beautiful home in the mountains. Bill was an Air Force Cadet, amember of the Elks and Moose Lodges.
In 2001 Bill was diagnosed with Chronic Inflamatory DemyclinatingPolyneuropathy. He died on September 23, 2002 in Payson, Arizona.
